Abstract

Background. The object of the study is organization tooling production (TP) to produce high-tech goods. The subject of the research is custom design. The purpose of the work is to reduce time and improve the quality of design and manufacture on the basis of the service approach in the information technology environment (ITE).
Materials and methods. The transparency of the activities is ensured on the basis of formalized and documented standards that use a single vocabulary and reference data, scenarios of activities in terms of ITE. Full-scale experiments in TP design were minimized via computer modeling.
Results. The system of automated support of information solutions acts as a unified platform for TP custom designing.
Conclusions. Training and retraining of specialists to work in the information technology environment in custom-made equipment designing and manufacturing are organized within the system of automated support of information solutions. The reduction of the reaction time to a flow of custom orders is carrioud out on the basis of project management, component unit logistics management, interaction map usage.
